A little piece of Sweden singing in London
From dark candle-lit Lucia to sun-drenched Midsummer celebrations, The LondonSwedes Choir brings the spirit of Scandinavia to the heart of the UK. Moving effortlessly between centuries-old folk songs, contemporary Nordic composers, and modern pop icons like ABBA, the 70-strong ensemble is London’s premier celebration of Swedish music and tradition.
The choir has graced some of the capital's most prestigious stages, including the Royal College of Music, the Natural History Museum, the Southbank Centre, and the Lyric Theatre Hammersmith, alongside an annual residency at The Landmark Hotel for the Swedish Chamber of Commerce. Known for high-profile collaborations, The LondonSwedes Choir has shared the stage with Sweden’s biggest musical stars, including Molly Sandén, Benjamin Ingrosso, Peter Jöback, Miriam Bryant, Tommy Nilsson, Måns Zelmerlöw, Smith & Thell, and Cornelia Jakobs.
Founded by Michaela Lundin and Charlotte Ågren, the choir continues to thrive and grow under the artistic direction of Michaela Lundin.
